The Marching Jay Band can be divided into the following sectionals

Drumline (percussion both pit and drumline)

Flutes

Clarinets

Saxophones (alto and tenor saxophones)

Low reeds (bass clarinets and baritone saxophones)

Trumpets

Mellophones

Trombones

Euphoniums

Tubas (Sousaphones)

The Color Guard is an auxiliary of the Marching Band and adds much to the visual presentation.
